UVY Terms of Service

By using UVY ("the app"), you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use UVY. By signing up you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information when signing up.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings → "Delete account".

3. Content you post

• You retain ownership of everything you post.
• You grant UVY a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your content for the sole purpose of operating the service — including showing it to the audiences you select (public, followers, friends, close friends).
• You are responsible for what you post. Do not upload anything you don't have the rights to share.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not use UVY to:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.
• Post illegal content, sexual content involving minors, or content that incites violence.
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or run automated accounts.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass safety/auth systems.
• Use the service for advertising, fundraising, or commercial purposes without our written permission.

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice for serious violations.

5. Reporting, blocking, and moderation

UVY has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You can report any post, comment, or user, and block any user, directly from inside the app. We review reports and remove violating content and eject abusive users; reports concerning safety are prioritized and acted on within 24 hours. Blocking a user immediately hides their content and prevents them from contacting you.

6. Copyright

Respect others' intellectual property. If you believe content on UVY infringes your copyright, email dmca@uvy.app with the content link and proof of ownership. We remove infringing content and may terminate repeat infringers' accounts.

7. Service availability

UVY is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uptime, that bugs will be fixed, or that any specific feature will continue to exist. We may change or discontinue features.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UVY and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using UVY at any time. We may terminate your access if you violate these terms. After termination, sections covering content licenses (3), prohibited conduct (4), and liability (8) survive.

10. Changes

If we change these terms materially, we'll notify you in the app before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
